Liang Wengen (梁穩(wěn)根)

Liang Wengen is the chairman and main shareholder of the Sany Group, founded in Hunan Province in 1989 as a small welding materials factory. Today, Liang ranks as China's second-richest person with wealth of $8 billion. He is one of four board members from the group, one of China's largest construction equipment manufacturers, to make this year's billionaires list. Sany Group employs 53,000 people around the world and has sales exceeding $7 billion.
