Floating ice is seen on the Yellow River in Shizuishan of northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Dec. 22, 2011. About 132 kilometers of the Yellow River in Ningxia were covered by floating ice by 8:00 a.m. Wednesday. The local government was monitoring the river for possible ice runs.
