French warplanes hit a commander center of Libyan troops loyal to Muammar Gaddafi on Sunday night, a French military spokesman said on Monday.

The command center was located six miles (10 km) south of the Tripoli suburbs, the spokesman said, adding that France did not launch new airstrikes on Libya on Monday.
