Head of the Arab observer mission in Syria Moustafa al-Dabi arrived here Thursday to submit his report to the Arab foreign ministers in their coming meeting on Sunday.

Dabi is to present his report about the recent developments in Syria to the Arab League (AL) ministerial committee concerned with the Syrian crisis on Sunday morning, before submitting it to the AL council meeting of foreign ministers to be held later on Sunday, according to an AL statement.

The statement added that the report will include the observers' conclusions after monitoring several areas in Syria that witnessed confusion in line with a protocol between the Syrian government and the pan-Arab body.

The meeting of the Arab foreign ministers will decide whether to extend the mission's work or not amid severe criticism on the observer mission.
