China and the United States will hold the second round of strategic and economic dialogue in Beijing in late May, said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu in Beijing Tuesday.

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will come to exchange views with China on strategic issues of common concern, Jiang told a regular press conference.
