Apple's iPad tablet will be released on the Chinese Mainland this Friday. But only the Wi-Fi version will be available. Fans can buy them at the two Apple retail stores in Beijing and Shanghai.

The 16 gigabyte model lists at 3,988 yuan. The 32 gigabyte and 64 gigabyte models will also be available. The list is on Apple China's website. The release does not include 3G iPad models. Apple said it will roll the iPad out in many more countries later this year, but has not yet made any specific announcements.
