The 2nd World 3D Printing Technology Industry Conference and Exhibition will be held in the city of Qingdao, Shandong Province, from June 20-21.
Over 80 enterprise deputies and 3D printing specialists from the United States, Germany, Belgium, the United Kingdom and ten other countries will attend the conference to discuss the materials, application, business model and industrialization process involved in 3D printing
A series of sideline activities like the 3D printing technology expo, fashion show and 3D practice will also take place at the Qingdao International Conference and Exhibition Center from June 19-22. Over 100 enterprises will take part in the exhibition, and more than 40,000 professionals are expected to visit the show.
Multiple policies meant to benefit the growth of 3D printing and other high-tech industries have been issued during the past few years in Qingdao, said Wang Yongjian, the vice-director of Qingdao High and New Technology Development Zone. He also said the strong development of 3D printing in Qingdao is an accomplishment.
