Korean Air and Asiana Airlines have reopened fights on the Sanya-Seoul route.
To handle the increasing number of South Korean tourists to Sanya, both Korean Air and Asiana Airlines have launched four flights a week on the Sanya-Seoul route. With the additional services, the number of flights from Sanya to Seoul has increased from the original four a week to 12.
Prior to this, only China Eastern Airlines operated the route to Seoul from Sanya Phoenix International Airport.
