The Shanghai?Hongqiao Airport will open two new security-check channels on its arrival level in Building A to further speed up passenger flow. The two channels will only operate during rush hours and can pass about 300 passengers per hour.
The new channels are located in the west part of the arrival level in Building A. Hongqiao Airport is the first air hub in China to establish security-check channels on a passenger arrival level.
