Crab Apple House 海堂居

The Crab Apple House takes its name from a 100-year-old tree that stands in the center of a beautiful Ming courtyard housing nine private dining rooms. Beautiful décor and furniture complete the atmosphere and set the scene for a memorable meal. The extensive menu includes dishes from Imperial cuisine and various regional cuisines. The crystal prawns are particularly good and there are plenty of old favorites such as shizitou (lion’s head – a type of meatball).
