Paper-cutting and embroidery contribute to poverty alleviation in Haiyuan

Paper-cutting and embroidery have helped lift people out of poverty in Haiyuan County, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, since an intangible cultural heritage business incubator was established there in September of 2015.
