Ningxia was the champion of the 2016 Fiscal Transparency Report released by Center for Public Policy of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics on Nov. 26. The score of Ningxia's fiscal transparency is 65.53 thisi year, an increase to 40.24 points from 25.29 points in 2015, reflecting the deep reform in Ningxia’s fiscal and taxation systems.
