The Yinchuan Railway Station created its official microblog account at sina.com.cn, offering the latest rail transport data after the Spring Festival golden week, station officials said.
The microblog serves as a forum to address public concerns and provides special booking services for seniors, children, pregnant women, the sick and the disabled.
The station is now preparing for the rush of college students that will return to school over the next ten days after Feb. 6, when Chinese traditional Lantern Festival ends. The number of passengers is expected to peak on Feb. 9.
