More than 100 experts from both sides of the Taiwan Strait attended a forum in Shanghai Saturday to discuss ways to carry forward the culture of Qingming Festival, also known as Tomb Sweeping Festival.

Experts believed that people of the Chinese mainland and Taiwan share similar customs in commemorating the deceased people, and carrying forward cultural heritage derived from the festival is conducive to strengthening cross-Strait exchanges.
