Standing at the center of a newly landscaped pavement in north London, the toilets are five meters tall, with gold perforated metal fa?ades. Their bases are made of concrete to ensure the structure is solid and durable. The shiny metal screens allow for the penetration of light and fresh air without people see inside. During the evening the facilities look like glowing lanterns.
