Laura Chinchilla, President of Costa Rica（哥斯達(dá)黎加總統(tǒng)勞拉?欽奇利亞）

Laura Chinchilla is the first female president of Costa Rica and the sixth woman to be elected president in a Latin American country. Despite being modest and traditional, Chinchilla is a pretty and elegant woman. She dresses in formal clothes and keeps her hair neatly done. Wearing her nails short, only putting in small earrings and using little make up, she always radiates capability and efficiency.
