Iouri Podladtchikov of Switzerland scored 94.75 points on his second run to win the Olympic snowboard men's halfpipe gold medal here on Tuesday.

Ayumu Hirano of Japan took the silver with 93.50 points and his teammate Taku Hiraoka had the bronze with 92.25.

Pre-competition favorite Shaun White of the United States was fourth.

Chinese Zhang Yiwei, second after the first run, finished sixth.
