World champion Li Xueying of China won the gold medal of women's 58kg weightlifting at the 16th Asian Games?in Guangzhou?on Monday.

Li totalled 238kg for the title, followed by Pak Hyon Suk of DPR Korea in the second place at 232kg. The bronze medal was taken by DPR Korea's Ho Hsiao Chun at 225kg.
