UEFA has made the decision that Austria Vienna will play two European games in an empty stadium for its supporters' improper actions during a Europa League group match in December.

The game between Austria Vienna and Athletic Bilbao was interrupted in the second half for about 20 minutes when Austria Vienna fans launched fireworks and ran onto the pitch after their team fell 2-0 behind. The Spanish club won the match 3-0.

Austria Vienna has also been fined 20,000 euro.

Austria Vienna finished bottom of the table in Group L, while Bilbao and Werder Bremen advanced.
