At least nine people have died after a boat capsized 10 miles off Florida's east coast. The vessel, carrying 28 people believed to be Haitan immigrants, overturned at 2am on Wednesday (may 13). A major search and rescue mission was launched and a number of survivors have been plucked from the ocean.
