The abrupt snow did not stop the villagers' going to greet their neighbors. They walked out of their houses and dropped in on their neighbors' to deliver their best wishes; they greeted each other and said 'Gongxi Ni' which means 'Happy Spring Festival'. Children were joyous at the snow. They rushed to make snowmen and throw snowballs at each other. They ran, jumped and laughed, making this year's Spring Festival extra special.[Elaine Duan/China.org.cn]

A young boy collects snow for his snowman during Huangqiao's first snow since last winter. The abrupt snow did not stop the villagers' going to greet their neighbors.
