The All China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU) and the municipal government of Mianzhu, Sichuan Province are joining hands to re-employ residents of the quake-hit area.
A large job market was held on Tuesday in Mianzhu by ACFTU, advertizing 20,000 jobs with various employers.
Meanwhile, local government working staff have set up reemployment offices in tent communities – the temporary shelters for the quake-hit residents.
