US Secretary of State Colin Powell Tuesday reiterated that the United States upholds the "One-China Policy".
Powell made the remarks at a press conference on Tuesday. He said he is looking forward to Premier Wen Jiabao's upcoming visit to the United States and that the US is prepared to discuss the Taiwan issue. He reaffirms that the "One-China Policy" will be advocated by the United States.
