Donnie Yen and Wilson Yip are planning on working together once again for a new film entitled City With No Mercy. The film is described as the story of two cops dealing with a strained partnership after one begins working undercover. 　　

The film, which was written by Kam Yuen-Szeto (who also co-wrote Johnnie To's Exiled, is set to begin filming later this month.

Budgeted at US$8 million, City With No Mercy will also star Louis Koo and Collin Chou.
