Brushing An Ode to Spring
Adjust font size:

Children write couplets at the Shanghai Confucian Temple yesterday to celebrate the Spring Festival, which begins on Sunday. The 100 participants were calligraphers and calligraphy hobbyists, including senior citizens, school and kindergarten students and foreigners living in the city. Their writings were chosen from more than 4,000 Spring Festival couplets collected from across the country and overseas. Their work was given to families of model workers, military martyrs, retired cadres, relocated residents and foreign friends in the city.
