Government Service Agencies

Government service agencies refer to the service centers and convenient service outlets in the communities, which are set up by the people's governments at various levels to provide government services highly needed by natural persons, legal entities, and non-legal entities.

Government services may be either matters related to administrative powers or public services. The former include administrative permits, confirmations, rulings, payments, rewards, and records. The latter include education, employment, social insurance, medical and health services, elderly care, social services, housing, culture, sports, and services to people with disabilities.

To make their services more accessible, these agencies are required to improve their procedures, reduce the materials required, shorten the time of approval, and cut people's cost in handling relevant matters.

政務(wù)服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)，即各級(jí)人民政府設(shè)立的，滿(mǎn)足自然人、法人和非法人組織政務(wù)服務(wù)事項(xiàng)集中辦理需要的政務(wù)服務(wù)大廳或政務(wù)服務(wù)中心以及社區(qū)便民服務(wù)站點(diǎn)。政務(wù)服務(wù)事項(xiàng)主要包括行政權(quán)力事項(xiàng)和公共服務(wù)事項(xiàng)。

行政權(quán)力事項(xiàng)包括行政許可、行政確認(rèn)、行政裁決、行政給付、行政獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)、行政備案及其他行政權(quán)力事項(xiàng)。公共服務(wù)事項(xiàng)，包括公共教育、勞動(dòng)就業(yè)、社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生、養(yǎng)老服務(wù)、社會(huì)服務(wù)、住房保障、文化體育、殘疾人服務(wù)等領(lǐng)域服務(wù)事項(xiàng)。
