Special People's Procuratorates

Special people's procuratorates, such as military procuratorates, are set up in specific organizations. They differ from other procuratorial organs in that they have special jurisdiction and protect specific social relations.

The special people's procuratorates cooperate with the special people's courts at the corresponding levels to exercise procuratorial power over the cases under their jurisdiction. The setup, organization, functions, and powers of the special procuratorates and the appointment and removal of their procurators are prescribed by the NPC Standing Committee.

專門人民檢察院

專門人民檢察院是在特定的組織系統(tǒng)內(nèi)設(shè)置的國家檢察機(jī)關(guān)，以其專屬的管轄權(quán)和所保護(hù)的特定社會(huì)關(guān)系而有別于其他檢察機(jī)關(guān)，主要包括軍事檢察院等。專門人民檢察院與專門人民法院同級(jí)建立，相互協(xié)調(diào)配合，行使對(duì)其專門管轄案件的檢察權(quán)。專門人民檢察院的設(shè)置、組織、職權(quán)和檢察官任免，由全國人民代表大會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)規(guī)定。
