Systems of Accounting for and Control of Nuclear Material 

In accordance with national laws and regulations, and building on international good practices, the Chinese government has established systems of accounting for and control of nuclear material at the national level and at the nuclear facilities to record and track the production, loss, storage, and movement of nuclear material with the aim of protecting against any theft, unauthorized access, illegal transfer, or other malicious acts involving nuclear material. The effective implementation of these systems is key to a good track record in nuclear material security. 

核材料衡算和控制制度 

中國(guó)政府基于國(guó)家法規(guī)和國(guó)際良好實(shí)踐，建立了國(guó)家級(jí)和核設(shè)施級(jí)核材料衡算與控制系統(tǒng)，對(duì)核材料的生產(chǎn)、損耗、貯存、轉(zhuǎn)移進(jìn)行全過(guò)程記錄和追蹤，以防范盜竊、擅自獲取或非法轉(zhuǎn)移核材料等蓄意行為。核材料衡算與控制系統(tǒng)的有效運(yùn)行，是中國(guó)核材料一直保持良好核安保記錄的主要保證因素之一。
