The National People's Congress adopted a resolution Friday morning approving the State Council-proposed Plan for National Economic and Social Development in 2002, and the Report on the Implementation of the 2001 Plan for National Economic and Social Development and on the Draft 2002 Plan for National Economic and Social Development presented by Minister in charge of the State Development Planning Commission.
