Representatives from 25 Asian countries and Australia passed Monday a declaration of the Boao Forum for Asia (BFA), marking the official operation of this non-governmental international organization.
The declaration was passed at the Preparatory Committee Meeting of the BFA.
The inauguration ceremony of the BFA is to be held Tuesday at the Establishment Conference of the BFA. Chinese leaders, the king of Nepal and the Prime Minister of Malaysia will grant the occasion and deliver speeches.
