| Earthquake Jolts Sea Waters off Taiwan |

An earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale jolted the sea waters off Taitung City of Taiwan at about 5:06 PM (0906 GMT) on Sunday, according to a report reaching here from Taipei. The epicenter was determined to be located at 16.8 kilometers off the meteorological station of the city, local meteorological station said.
