Chinese President Jiang Zemin met with Togolese President Gnassingbe Eyadema and his party here Wednesday morning.
Eyadema attended the opening ceremony of the three-day China-Africa Cooperation Forum -- Ministerial Conference Beijing 2000 inBeijing Tuesday.
In addition to Beijing, the Togolese guests will travel to Shanghai and southwest China's Yunnan Province.
This is President Eyadema's fifth China visit since he assumed the presidency in 1967.
