| April 14 and 15 will see pure and unique
Gypsy songs and dances to be staged in China by Gypsy Tzigane Song
and Dance Ensemble, the first of its kind in China.
The first half of the performance is to be selected parts of world
first Gypsy song and dance drama adapted from Pushkin's long epic
"People of Tzigane". And the latter half features the
"Ecenia", "Zigeuberweisun" and songs of the
former Soviet Union which are familiar to Chinese audience, as well
as Chinese songs sung intermittently in Gypsy ways.
