Born in 1963, Fan now works in Shaanxi Weinan Power Supply Bureau. He is a member of the Shaanxi Photographers Association. In 2003, he started with digital photography, showing great interest in scenes, portraits and still advertisements. In recent years, nearly 100 of his works have been published in People's Photography, Portrait Photography and Digital Photography. In addition, Fan has also won many awards in national photography contests.
