The Chinese authorities congratulated on Monday the success of
the country's first moon exploration marked by the first picture
taken by the Chang'e-1 moon orbiter.
Vice Premier Zeng Peiyan read a letter of congratulations from
the central authorities at a gathering in Beijing.
