A chef who took his noodle making skills to the streets managed to attract lots of attention from passersby who were impressed with his stretching and kneading.
A Yong of Zhengzhou, capital of Henan Province, demonstrated that he could use just his hands to stretch noodles into the size of a human hair. He even used a noodle he made to thread a needle.
Hand-stretched noodles are immensely popular in China and those from Lanzhou, capital of Gansu Province, are well known in China and overseas.
