China has been late to the outsourcing market, but the industry is now developing rapidly, said Wei Jianguo, secretary general of the Center for International Economic Exchange, at a forum on outsourcing in Anhui Province.

Wei also said that there are some problems, such as small scale, disorganization and few standards within companies.
