The suspect is carried onto an ambulance and announced dead
briefly after a shoot-out between police and a gang of robbers in
Huxian County, northwestern China's Shaanxi Province on October 24.
A man suspected of ransacking a local company was gunned down by a
pair of police officers who had arrived at the scene upon report.
Resisting arrest, the gang reportedly drove their van towards the
police who thereafter shot down the one at the wheel. The rest of
the gang fled away.
The incident scene is cordoned off.
