Minister of Vice Commerce Gao Hucheng was appointed as international trade representative for China by the State Council today.

He will be responsible for dealing with important negotiations in foreign trade, coordinating positions and signing agreements under the Ministry of Commerce.

Zhong Shan and Chong Quan will assist Gao as vice representatives of international trade.
