Dream in not Far, a film paying tribute to the millions of migrant workers in China, premiered on Aug 7.

The film is based on the life experience of Tan Shuangjian, who in 2008 joined in the construction of the National Stadium, the main venue of the Beijing Olympics.

Tan plays himself in the film. He said at the premiere on the eve of the two-year anniversary of the game that he never dreamed of starring in a film, let alone his own story.

The film will screen in 100 cities where migrant workers will be able to watch it free.
