On May 1, CIIC introduced a 15-hour live broadcast program called “First Opening Day,” which reported stories about the Shanghai Expo’s opening ceremony through various media, including talk shows, live media feedback and video report. This program’s PCU (peak concurrent users) hit 900,000, setting CIIC’s record for the most concurrent users during the holidays.
