The fourth plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) was convened in Beijing from Oct. 20-23, 2025. The Recommendations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development was adopted at the session. With the launch of the 15th Five-Year Plan, China will unfold a new grand blueprint for the largest modernization drive in human history and write yet another chapter on the miracles of rapid economic growth and long-term social stability.
