Wang Zhaoguo, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the
National People's Congress (NPC), briefed nearly 3,000 lawmakers on
the draft constitutional amendment at the on-going national
legislature's annual session in the Great Hall of the People in
central Beijing Monday afternoon.
